DirectorResponsible for the administrative and financial areas of the company since 1991, her zodiac sign is Scorpio, meaning that she can be somewhat bossy, her Chinese horoscope sign being the Goat. She loves dancing, cooking and swimming, besides reading an enjoyable book.

Paulo Macedo
Director and Sworn TranslatorOne of the founders of Flash Traduções in 1991, together with Ana Cristina, Paulo Macedo is responsible for the quality of the translations. Born under the sign of Cancer, he has been studying the English language since he was 7 years old, and he still feels he has a lot to learn. Fan of Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin, he likes to swim, but is not willing to exchange an enjoyable read for anything else the world has to offer!

Luana Lowndes
Marketing and Sales ManagerManages the marketing sector and the commercial department, making sure that the two areas work together. She loves what she does! In fact, she loves various things: family, friends, tasty food, the beach and ballet!

Juliana Badin
Project ManagerShe began as a junior translator and today manages the translation projects. Concentrated, focused and dedicated; as a good Taurus, she never dismisses the chicken savories at the company party. She loves music, serials and nerdy things.
